Cultural Transformation
Manufacturing Sector
Context
The organization was facing significant quality issues, leading to high costs and negatively impacting its reputation. More than 25 projects were launched to address these challenges, but a cultural shift was essential to ensure sustainable results. The goal was to make quality a shared responsibility by moving from a short-term, reactive mindset to a proactive problem-solving approach.
Challenge
The challenge was to mobilize the entire organization to reject non-quality, both in production and support functions. At the same time, the organization needed to embed collective accountability for quality while managing more than 25 projects and continuing to deliver on existing contracts.
Our Solution
Aplus Transition implemented an approach to clarify what non-quality meant for each department, from executives to frontline teams. A pragmatic approach then mobilized individuals around the key actions they needed to take daily. In collaboration with leadership, a compelling vision centered on pride in the delivered product was defined. In parallel, a structured change management approach was deployed across the 25 projects, with hands-on support to ensure successful execution.
Results Achieved
The vision centered on pride strongly resonated with employees, driving high levels of engagement. Non-quality costs were reduced by 20% even before the completion of the 25 projects.
