Caroline began her career as a lawyer and manager, then joined Aplus in 2009 for five years. In 2015, she reinvented herself in Alabama as a financial advisor, becoming the first female manager in 172 years at the #1 company in the American South. Returning to Quebec in 2020, she launched her own coaching firm and quickly ranked among the top 20 coaches worldwide alongside Bob Proctor. In 2024, she rejoined Aplus as V-P Growth, bringing structure, energy, and vision.
